Devetu Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
Most orders are processed and ready for shipping within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please anticipate additional processing time during major sales events or holiday seasons.

Domestic Shipping:
We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders over $125 within the United States. Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping:
For our international customers, shipping rates are determined based on destination and package weight. International customers are responsible for customs fees and any additional taxes associated with their order.

Holiday Shipping:
During the holiday season, shipping times may be longer due to increased volume. We recommend placing orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery. We will provide clear deadlines on our website for holiday orders to guarantee arrival by specific dates.

Transit Time:
Please note that transit time is separate from order processing time.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 1-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Available at additional cost, typically takes 1-2 business days.

Return Shipping:
For information on how to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Detailed instructions for return shipping will be provided with your Return Authorization Number to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

Subscription Options and Renewals:
In the future, Devetu may offer products on a subscription basis. Details regarding subscription management, including how to modify, pause, or cancel your subscription, will be provided at the time of subscription setup. This will ensure you always have control over your subscription preferences.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Tracking Issues: Due to high volume, tracking updates may be delayed. Please contact the carrier directly for the most current status of your shipment.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost or marked delivered but not received for more than 14 days, please contact the carrier for more detailed information.
  • Changing Shipping Address: Contact us at hello@devetu.com to update your shipping details before dispatch. Once the order is in transit, coordinate with the carrier for any changes.
  • Modifying or Canceling Your Order: Contact hello@devetu.com if your order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is in transit, changes cannot be made.
