Eligibility for Returns:
At Devetu, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping. Due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for candles, diffusers, and mists that have been used. However, if your product arrives damaged, please send us photographic proof within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused products for a full refund of the purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping/handling costs, within 14 days of delivery. Return Costs:
As a customer, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any applicable duties, taxes, and customs charges incurred (both for the original and return shipments), and the cost of sending the package back to Devetu. Please note, these costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Refund Process:
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued. We advise contacting your credit card issuer to verify when the refund will reflect in your account.

Exchanges:
We offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange, please contact us at hello@devetu.com. Replacement items will be shipped subject to availability after the returned merchandise has been accepted.

Right to Reject:
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the specified conditions. Returns that are not accepted will be sent back at the customer’s expense, and no refund will be issued.

Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must not appear used or damaged when inspected. Such items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Digital Gift Cards:
All sales of digital gift cards are final. They are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your order before finalizing the purchase.
